Took a detailed brief, did a lot of background research on the market and aspects of the geographical location in the area we were looking and physically inspected the location to get a feel for it. Got to work quickly contacting real estate agents and inspecting properties. Did initial inspection and due diligence prior to us doing further inspection. Managed all the negotiations and background work seamlessly. Had an excellent result in the end and we were extremely pleased with the service and dedication he provided. Thanks James!

When we approached James to help us look for property, he was able to firstly ascertain what our objectives were, both short term and long term.
