James holds a Real Estate Licence, Diploma in Property, Real Estate and Sales Operations, as well as a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.

Holding a Level 4 coaching accreditation recognised nationally by Rugby Australia, he’s also completed numerous courses in directorship, risk management, and organisational culture through the Australian Sports Commission.
James is not only the Co-Founder of Greenies Grommets but also serves as a Board Member and oversees sponsorships and partnerships for the Merewether Carlton Rugby Union Club. With a coaching tenure spanning 15 years, he’s been actively involved in coaching rugby at both local and representative levels.
